Bank of America Cash Advance Scam
Hi All Just another video from your favorite BoA hater! Anyway, this time I discovered that BoA charges people Cash Advance fees when they swipe their cards to use a parking meter! WHAT!!! That is just out of control, I seriously can’t understand it! I mean, other than screwing their customers with ridiculous fees to generate more revenue, what is the point of that! How is swiping a card at a meter equivalent to using your credit card to get cash???

Like what attracts people to this job the money like as a human being how can you be pruod to say hey im a banker and I make people pay money to get there own money out the bank. I also make 40,000 a year off ripping grandma’s off with 12 month no interest cards then i hike it up to 30%. like really if your a banker your scum the only people lower than you are the criminals behind bars.

Hey, how about this story (my),
You deposit $3,000 check to your less than $100 checking account then check online your account balance next day (it shows +$3,000), then you buy something at $170 price and in few days you get charged for overdraft fee (well, it was actually few overdraft fees for my other overdrafts).
PART 2:
Even though I had that screen snapshot saved as bmp (this was my 2nd experience, I had to prove them), BoA had an explanation: this is what they said: The online service is not run by us and may not truly reflect your real account. The actual deposit may take up to 3 weeks. So, why they are misleading me and other customers?
PART 3:
Hmmmm, they say: hey John, you have AVAILABLE $1000. John goes and buys a cigarette, bank then says, hahahahaha John youve got punk, we lie you! You had $1 only.
How long are you going to continue banking with BOA ?
I would have started moving for another bank asap. even if it meant starting a savings account with a 20 and leaving it there until the new bank allowed me to open a checking account.

BEWARE OF BOA cash advances! The interest rate on a cash advance is 24.9%, much higher than merchandise purchases. And, you cannot pay down the case advance until you first pay off all your lower interest rate balances. Even if you wanted to! That means that your high interest rate cash advances will be accruing interest at that high rate despite making timely monthly payments to BOA! That is unfair and deceptive!!!!!!
The bitch of it now is, that the American Public no longer has a choice. If we don’t deposit our money into the large banks, our government will take some of our tax dollars and give to them, in the form of bailouts. The bailouts may or may not ever be repaid, time will tell, but for those saying “It’s a free market, just move your money elsewhere.” , that only halfway works now. You can still close your account, though, and should, at BOA. Bastites of America.
