Cops: Pair stole woman’s credit cards
ASHEVILLE — Police charged a pair with stealing a woman’s credit cards Thursday. Ericka Denise Barnes, 35, and Kevin Ronald Sicina, 39, both of N. Ann Street, were each charged with five counts of financial card theft. Sicina also was charged with misdemeanor larceny.
